Signer Profiles

Signer profiles are predefined settings that can be applied to signers. Learn more about Signer Profiles

October 2026 — retired identification methods. IgniSign issues SES and AES only. RA_NATURAL_AES, RA_NATURAL_QES, ORG_SSO_AES and ORG_SSO_QES are no longer available. Profiles that already contain one of these values keep working until they are saved. Creating or updating a profile with one of them returns 400 SIGNER_PROFILE_METHODS_NOT_AVAILABLE on POST /signer-profiles, PUT /signer-profiles/{signerProfileId} and PUT /signer-profiles/{signerProfileId}/check-update, including when the existing profile is sent back unchanged. Replace the value with video, open banking or SSN before saving. Organization SSO as an authentication method is not affected. Release note
