IgniSign Look & Feel Customization Guide

Overview

IgniSign Console provides easy-to-use customization options for your application's visual identity through the Look & Feel settings. You can customize your logos and colors to maintain consistent branding across your IgniSign integration.

Accessing Look & Feel Settings

  1. Log in to your IgniSign Console
  2. Navigate to your application settings
  3. Select the "Look & Feel" tab

Logo Management

Logo Requirements

  • Supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png
  • Two separate logos can be configured:
    • Light theme logo: Used in light mode interfaces
    • Dark theme logo: Used in dark mode interfaces
  1. In the Look & Feel section, locate the logo upload area
  2. Click the upload area or drag and drop your logo file
  3. Use the built-in image cropper to adjust your logo as needed
  4. Preview the result
  5. Click "Save Logo Update" to apply changes

Managing Existing Logos

  • Preview: See how your logos appear in the interface
  • Replace: Upload a new logo to replace the existing one
  • Delete: Remove a logo using the delete button
  • Separate Control: Manage light and dark theme logos independently

Color Customization

Available Color Settings

  1. Primary Color: Your main brand color, used for:

    • Buttons
    • Headers
    • Interactive elements
  2. Secondary Color: Your complementary color, used for:

    • Accents
    • Secondary actions
    • Highlights

How to Change Colors

  1. In the Look & Feel section, locate the color settings
  2. Use the color picker to select your desired color:
    • Click the color preview to open the picker
    • Use the slider to adjust the hue
    • Fine-tune the color with RGB or HEX values
  3. Preview how the color appears in different UI elements
  4. Click "Save Colors Update" to apply changes

Default Colors

  • Primary Color: #fd5b2d
  • Secondary Color: #eeaa32

Best Practices

Logo Design

  • Use transparent backgrounds when possible
  • Ensure logos are legible at different sizes
  • Test both logos in their respective themes
  • Keep file sizes reasonable for optimal loading

Color Selection

  • Choose colors that align with your brand guidelines
  • Ensure sufficient contrast for readability
  • Consider accessibility for all users
  • Test colors in both light and dark modes

Troubleshooting

Logo Issues

If your logo upload fails:

  • Verify the file is in a supported format (.jpg, .jpeg, .png)
  • Check that the file size isn't too large
  • Try refreshing the page and uploading again

Color Issues

If colors aren't displaying correctly:

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Refresh the page
  • Try saving the changes again
  • Ensure you've clicked the final save button
